NEW YORK, Oct. 23, 2025 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Valley National Bancorp (NASDAQ:VLY), the holding company for Valley National Bank, today reported net income for the third quarter 2025 of $163.4 million, or $0.28 per diluted common share, as compared to the second quarter 2025 net income of $133.2 million, or $0.22 per diluted common share, and net income of $97.9 million, or $0.18 per diluted common share, for the third quarter 2024. Excluding all non-core income and charges, our adjusted net income (a non-GAAP measure) was $164.1 million, or $0.28 per diluted common share, for the third quarter 2025, $134.4 million, or $0.23 per diluted common share, for the second quarter 2025, and $96.8 million, or $0.18 per diluted common share, for the third quarter 2024.
