FABSCRAP Marks 10 Years with New Executive Director and Climate Week CelebrationFABSCRAP, the nonprofit dedicated to ending textile waste, has announced the promotion of co-founder Camille Tagle to Executive Director. Tagle brings deep historical knowledge to the role, having previously served as FABSCRAP's Creative Director since its founding in 2016. Over the course of her tenure, FABSCRAP has kept nearly 2.5 million pounds of fabric out of the waste stream, mitigating 17,887 tons of CO2 emissions, supported by over 11,300 individuals who have rallied around FABSCRAP’s mission and volunteered their time to sort fabric for reuse and recycling.

Camille Tagle, FABSCRAP’s Co-Founder and Creative Director, has officially stepped into the role of interim Executive Director, following the departure of Founder and CEO, Jessica Schreiber.
FABSCRAP CEO Jessica Schreiber Announces Departure
Jessica Schreiber, Founder of FABSCRAP, will be stepping down from her role as CEO, effective July 2025. Camille Tagle, FABSCRAP’s Co-Founder and Creative Director, will step in immediately upon Schreiber’s exit to lead the organization in an interim capacity while FABSCRAP’s Board of Directors completes a search for FABSCRAP’s next Executive Director. Schreiber will remain a Board Member after her departure.
