(NYSECPF) (the "Company"), parent company of Central Pacific Bank (the "Bank" or "CPB"), today reported net income of $11.3 million, or fully diluted earnings per share ("EPS") of $0.42 for the fourth quarter of 2024, compared to net income of $13.3 million, or EPS of $0.49 in the previous quarter and net income of $14.9 million, or EPS of $0.55 in the year-ago quarter. For the 2024 year, net income and EPS was $53.4 million and $1.97, respectively, compared to net income and EPS of $58.7 million and $2.17, respectively, in the 2023 year.

Central Pacific Financial Corp. (NYSECPF) (the "Company"), parent company of Central Pacific Bank (the "Bank" or "CPB"), today reported net income of $13.3 million, or fully diluted earnings per share ("EPS") of $0.49 for the third quarter of 2024, compared to net income of $15.8 million, or EPS of $0.58 in the previous quarter and net income of $13.1 million, or EPS of $0.49 in the year-ago quarter. Results for the third quarter of 2024 were impacted by $3.1 million in pre-tax expenses related to our evaluation and assessment of a strategic opportunity. While the parties are no longer currently engaged in discussions, we remain interested in the opportunity under the right terms and conditions. Excluding these expenses, adjusted net income and EPS (non-GAAP) for the quarter was approximately $15.7 million and $0.58, respectively.
