Today, Western Midstream Partners, LP (NYSEWES) (“WES”) announced that its subsidiary, Western Midstream Operating, LP (“WES Operating”), has priced an offering of $600 million in aggregate principal amount of 6.350% senior notes due 2029 at a price to the public of 99.786% of their face value.
