Treaty Oak Clean Energy, LLC (“Treaty Oak”), a US independent power producer (“IPP”), announced today that it has closed financing and commenced construction on two major solar projects in Louisiana: the Beekman Solar Project in Morehouse Parish and the Hollis Creek Solar Project in Sabine Parish.
