Disston and Harry Vanderslice of The Vanderslice Group at Compass RE, in partnership with Conshohocken-based developer The How Group, today announced the official Hard Hat Launch and demolition kickoff for a new luxury condominium development featuring three stories over parking, at the corner of 34th Street and Bay Avenue. The event will take place on-site on September 28, 2026, at 1:00 PM, marking the countdown to demolition at one of Ocean City's primary gateway corridors. The Vanderslice Group at Compass RE will serve as the development’s exclusive sales and marketing agency.
