The Atlas Group Announces Greg Harwell as Chief Executive Officer
The Atlas Group ("Atlas" or the "Company"), a leading supplier of complex assemblies for commercial, business and defense aerospace customers worldwide, today announced the appointment of Greg Harwell as Chief Executive Officer, effective immediately. Mr. Harwell succeeds Roger Ross, who has stepped down from his role following the Company’s recently completed ownership transition to an investor group led by Davidson Kempner Capital Management LP ("Davidson Kempner").
