Streamline Healthcare Solutions announced the appointment of Danny Gladden, MBA, MSW, LCSW, as Chief Clinical Officer. Gladden brings more than 20 years of experience across behavioral health and social care, spanning clinical practice, operations, and healthcare technology. Most recently, he served as General Manager and Director of Behavioral Health and Social Care at Oracle Health, where he supported many of the nation’s leading behavioral health organizations. A licensed clinical social worker, Gladden has focused his career on helping ensure technology meaningfully supports clinicians, care delivery, and real-world workflows.

Northeastern Center was looking for an EHR platform that could not only support their immediate needs but also support them well into the future as they introduce new service lines and grow as an agency. Streamline’s strong Indiana user group also played a large role in their decision process, bringing them to a total of nine Indiana partner agencies on their SmartCare™ EHR.

The Delaware-Morrow Mental Health & Recovery Services Board has joined the PartnerSolutions county board collaborative and recently gone live with the SmartCare MCO system. This increases the PartnerSolutions’ footprint to 13 Mental Health and Recovery Services Boards, with SmartCare MCO being utilized in 17 counties across the state. Some of the major factors in the continued growth of SmartCare within Ohio county boards include system flexibility and the ability to achieve interoperability with external entities including Health Information Exchanges (HIE) connectivity.

Following any evaluation of current market offerings, Volunteers of America of Florida (VOAF) has completed a partnership to make SmartCare its next EHR solution. Facing a mandatory upgrade from their incumbent solution, VOAF valued a comprehensive solution with robust scheduling capabilities to meet the needs of their many locations and remote service delivery. A system that could provide the compliance necessary for FASAMS 14 state reporting and flexibility for continually shifting reimbursement models were also deemed as non-negotiable.

Community Connections of Washington, DC (CCDC) has selected Streamline’s SmartCare as their organization’s next Electronic Health Record solution. The CCDC team was looking for a technologically advanced web-based system that could provide smoother connectivity both in the community and with telehealth based services. The Emily Program and Veritas Collaborative recently merged to form Accanto Health, a Minnesota-based healthcare organization with locations across the US specializing in eating disorders and related disorders.

Their main desire was to consolidate their EMR, EHR, incident database, and residential tracking all into one comprehensive software platform. It was determined that SmartCare met all their needs while allowing complete access to the EHR data for ease of reporting in the future.
