Veronica Lubatkin has joined as President and Chief Financial Officer, and Jenna Susanke as Chief People Officer, reporting to Chief Executive Officer James Mylett.
Smart Care Announces New CEO
Smart Care Solutions (“Smart Care”), a portfolio company of Wind Point Partners (“Wind Point”), announced the appointment of James Mylett as Chief Executive officer, effective April 1, 2025. Mr. Mylett joins from Schneider Electric, where he served as Senior Vice President of Digital Buildings and is a current Smart Care board member. Mr. Mylett’s deep leadership experience in service-based businesses within Comfort Systems, Johnson Controls, and Carrier Corporation will be an asset in scaling Smart Care’s growth.
