Sentinel Real Estate Fund Ranked #1 of 139 Entities Within Residential / Americas while earning a 5-Star GRESB Rating
The Sentinel Real Estate Fund (SREF) has earned a 5-Star GRESB Rating and ranked #1 among 139 residential real estate entities across the Americas, as well as #1 among 42 funds in our US core multifamily peer group, in the 2026 GRESB Real Estate Benchmark. SREF achieved an overall score of 91.6 out of 100, an improvement of 2.3 points from the previous year. The GRESB Benchmark provides insight into relative performance across areas such as management practices and property-level sustainability performance, including energy, greenhouse gas emissions, water, waste and other sustainability indicators.
