Q Holding (“QMD”) is pleased to announce the appointment of Gaurav Kapoor to its Board of Directors. Gaurav brings more than 25 years of experience across the medical device manufacturing and silicone engineering sectors. Most recently, Gaurav served as Chief Technical Officer of Spectrum Plastics (now part of DuPont), leading operational excellence initiatives and expanding the company’s manufacturing and product development capabilities. In his prior role with the organization as Vice President of Manufacturing, he drove significant improvements in production efficiency, scalability, and product quality across 15 global sites. During his tenure at Spectrum, Gaurav was central to driving M&A strategy and execution. Prior to Spectrum, Gaurav held leadership roles at Hospira and Abbott Laboratories, where he focused on business planning, new product development, operational integration, and product quality.
