Promus Capital Management, LLC (“Promus Capital Management”), a Chicago-based investment firm, is pleased to announce the acquisition of Tersus Solutions, LLC (“Tersus” or the “Company”), a leading provider of proprietary liquid CO₂-based, waterless cleaning, recommerce, and repair solutions.
