PGW Auto Glass, ULC announced that it has acquired PH Vitres d’Autos and affiliates from Driven Brands. PH Vitres d’Autos is a leading provider of wholesale auto glass distribution, retail installation, calibration, and related services in eastern Canada. Based in Sainte-Perpetue, Quebec, PH Vitres employs over 300 associates at 22 locations across Quebec, Ontario, New Brunswick and Nova Scotia.

Today, PGW Auto Glass, the leading distributor of vehicle replacement glass, specialty parts and shop accessories in North America, opened new distribution centers in Phoenix, AZ and Scranton, PA. The new 130,000 square foot location in Scranton and 138,000 square foot distribution center in Phoenix, will improve inventory availability and proximity to key customers in their respective regions.
