Micro-Precision Technologies, Inc. Announces Acquisition of Stellar Manufacturing
Micro-Precision Technologies, Inc. (“MPT”, https://www.micropt.com), a leader in complex micro-electronics, is thrilled to announce its acquisition of Stellar Manufacturing (“Stellar”), a provider of printed circuit board assemblies (PCBA). MPT partnered with private equity investment firm, Great River Capital Partners in mid-2024, with add-on acquisitions considered as one path to drive continued growth for the company. The acquisition of Stellar closed in early October. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
