Maxeye Successfully Resolved Patent Litigation with Wacom; Comprehensive Settlement and Licensing Agreement Reached
Maxeye announced today that it has successfully resolved its patent litigation with Wacom in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Texas. The lawsuit, which involved seven Wacom patents regarding stylus pens, has culminated in a comprehensive settlement. The case has been officially dismissed, marking an end to all related patent disputes between the two parties and bringing a final resolution to the disputes between the parties.
