Olson takes over for Gus Simonds, who for the past 34 years successfully guided MacDonald-Miller into one of the Pacific Northwest’s largest and most successful mechanical contractors. Simonds, who plans to retire at the end of 2025, will step into a new role as Executive Chair of the Board of Directors.
