The acquisition strengthens Juniper's presence in coastal South Carolina and builds on the Company's initial entry into the region through its 2024 acquisition of Davis Landscaping. Juniper is a portfolio company of Bregal Partners.

Juniper Landscaping (“Juniper”) today announced it has acquired Rip’s Professional Lawn Care (“Rip’s”) and Elegant Landscape & Design (“Elegant”), two leading landscaping maintenance and installation providers based in Panama City and Palm Beach Gardens, FL, respectively. The addition of Rip’s and Elegant expands Juniper’s footprint to 28 branch locations across Florida and Texas. Juniper also announced it has finalized a major installation design, build, and maintenance contract with the Tyndall Air Force base in Panama City, FL.

Juniper Landscaping (“Juniper”) today announced it has acquired Shooter and Lindsey, Inc., a leading landscaping maintenance and installation provider serving the greater Houston, TX market. Juniper’s partnership with Shooter and Lindsey represents Juniper’s first acquisition outside of the state of Florida and brings the Company to a total of 26 branch locations. Shooter and Lindsey’s President, Brian Schmitt, will remain a co-owner and continue to lead the branch with support from Juniper’s corporate team in Florida.

Juniper Landscaping (“Juniper”) announced today it has acquired Flawless Lawncare & Landscaping (“Flawless"), expanding Juniper’s footprint on the east coast of Florida. The addition of Flawless brings Juniper to 25 branch locations throughout Florida.
