Hotel Association of NYC Foundation Bestows Grant to NYC Police Foundation, Bolsters Public Safety Initiatives Within Hospitality Sector
The Hotel Association of New York City Foundation (HANYC Foundation), the philanthropic arm of the Hotel Association of NYC, today announced a $15,000 grant to the New York City Police Foundation to advance public safety initiatives and support safer environments for hotel guests, hospitality employees, and communities across New York City. This marks the second grant the HANYC Foundation has awarded to the New York City Police Foundation, further building upon their ongoing work.

The Hotel Association of New York City Foundation (HANYC Foundation) , the philanthropic arm of the Hotel Association of NYC, hosted its annual “Red Carpet Hospitality Gala” on April 7, 2025 at JW Marriott Essex House in Manhattan, honoring leaders from the hotel and tourism industry, Broadway, and the public safety sector, and raising money to support the HANYC Foundation’s charitable goals.

Dignitaries and executives from the hotel and tourism industry, Broadway and the public safety sector, will attend the annual “Red Carpet Hospitality Gala” on Monday, April 7, 2025, hosted by the Hotel Association of New York City Foundation (HANYC Foundation). The event will feature a performance by “BOOP! The Musical.” The fundraiser will be held at JW Marriott Essex House in Manhattan. Proceeds support the HANYC Foundation’s charitable goals.
