Construction Begins for The Winsberg at Green Cay, $380 Million South Florida Senior Living CommunityGreen Cay Life Plan Village, Inc., a Florida not-for-profit corporation, has begun construction of The Winsberg at Green Cay. The $380 million continuing care retirement community (CCRC) spans 15-acres, the only fully approved site remaining for development of this type in Palm Beach County, and the first new CCRC here since 2016.
