Fincadia Advisors’ Investment Funds Invest $50 Million in Positron AI’s $875 Million Series C and C-1 Financing
FCP Venture X LLC Series XV and FCP Venture X QP LLC Series XXI (together, the “Series”), each a separate series of a Delaware series limited liability company advised by Fincadia Advisors LLC (“Fincadia Advisors”), an investment adviser registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission, today announced a $50 million investment in Positron AI, as part of the company’s $875 million Series C and C-1 financing at a $5 billion post-money valuation.
