Mile Hi experienced a cybersecurity incident involving their network on September 13, 2024. Mile Hi immediately launched an investigation into the incident determining an unauthorized third party gained access to their network. After a thorough review of the information gathered during the investigation concluded on October 2, 2024, it was determined that certain individuals’ personal and sensitive information was exposed and/or acquired.

Berry Bros experienced a cybersecurity incident involving their network on August 21, 2024. Berry Bros immediately launched an investigation into the incident. After a thorough review of the information gathered during the investigation concluded on September 30, 2024, it was determined that certain individuals’ personal and sensitive information was exposed and/or acquired.

After a thorough review of the information gathered during the investigation, it was determined that certain individuals’ personal and sensitive information was exposed and/or acquired.

True World experienced a cybersecurity incident involving their computer system on August 23, 2024. True World immediately launched an investigation into the incident. An ongoing review of information gathered during the investigation determined that certain individuals’ personal and sensitive information was exposed and/or acquired by an unauthorized third party.

Chama Gaúcha Brazilian Steakhouse immediately launched an investigation into the incident. The investigation concluded that an unauthorized party accessed certain individuals’ sensitive information on Chama Gaúcha Brazilian Steakhouse’s network.

On October 18, 2024, the Clinics filed notice of a data breach with the Attorney General of Maine. The Clinics experienced a cybersecurity incident involving their network on June 26, 2024. The Clinics immediately launched an investigation into the incident. On September 10, 2024, after a thorough review of the information gathered during the investigation, it was determined that certain individuals’ personal and sensitive information was exposed and/or acquired.

After a thorough review of the information gathered during the investigation concluded on August 7, 2024, it was determined that certain individuals’ personal and sensitive information was exposed and/or acquired.

A review of information gathered during the investigation concluded on October 3, 2024, and determined that certain individuals’ personal and sensitive information was exposed and/or acquired by an unauthorized third party.

On October 7, 2024, after a review of the investigation’s findings, it was determined that an unauthorized third party gained access to Easterseals network and accessed certain individuals’ personal and sensitive information.
