Real Estate Veteran Robert “Bobby” Peddicord Named Executive Vice President of Continental Development Corporation
Continental Development Corporation (CDC) today announced that real estate veteran Robert “Bobby” Peddicord has joined the company as Executive Vice President, overseeing CDC’s property management and leasing teams. Headquartered in El Segundo, California, CDC is one of the largest real estate developers in the South Bay with over 2 million square feet of office space along the Rosecrans Corridor and 500,000 square feet of medical office space in Torrance, as well as owning the InterContinental Hotel in San Francisco, among other real estate assets.
