Celero Communications Raises $275 Million Series C Following Validation of Industry’s First 2nm Coherent DSP Silicon
Celero Communications, a leader in advanced coherent DSP technology for AI infrastructure, today announced that it has raised $275 million in Series C funding, bringing total capital raised to $415 million and valuing the company at more than $3 billion. The round was led by Atreides Management, Valor Equity Partners and CapitalG, with continued participation from existing investors including Sutter Hill Ventures and Maverick Silicon. As part of the financing, Gavin Baker, Managing Partner and Chief Investment Officer at Atreides Management, will join Celero’s board of directors.
