Anchorage Capital Advisors Meaningfully Expands CLO Platform with Acquisition of 11 CLOs from ORIX Advisers
Anchorage Capital Advisors, L.P. (“Anchorage”) today announced that it has acquired 11 U.S.-based collateralized loan obligation (“CLO”) management contracts currently managed by ORIX Advisers, LLC (“ORIX Advisers”), a subsidiary of ORIX Corporation USA (“ORIX USA”), under the brand name of Signal Peak Capital Management (“Signal Peak”). Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
