In the first half of this year, the chill in China's real estate industry persisted, and the home furnishing sector, as a significant downstream industry, remained enveloped in this downturn. For home furnishing enterprises, going overseas is not uncommon. However, it needs to be clarified that companies do not gain returns simply because they go overseas, but rather because they inherently possess sufficient capability.
As early as 2018, OND initiated its internationalization process. In the same year, it began providing customized home furnishing services for the Saudi royal family. The first Saudi project was completed the following year. Located in the northern suburbs of Saudi Arabia, the site comprises 30 standalone villas. Each villa features a distinct decoration style and serves different spatial purposes. The building area alone exceeded 10,000 square meters, not including outdoor landscaping. To ensure design implementation, the team spent nearly the entire year working on-site.
To date, OND has served countless clients. The company has deeply integrated into the supply chains of clients in the Middle East, including construction engineering firms, designers, and agents. OND steadfastly provides clients with a complete soft furnishing service chain. Both in terms of quality and delivery timelines, OND has successfully executed numerous client projects to perfection.
Driven by market demand and the expansion of its own operations, OND decided to establish a Saudi Service Center in the Middle East in 2025. To better deliver services directly to the front lines and provide clients with stronger, faster, and more robust pre-sales, in-sales, and after-sales service, Mr. Rizwan and General Manager Ms. Zhao jointly established a Saudi Arabia-centered hub radiating to GCC countries. This initiative aims to establish a systematic service framework for clients.
