Board appointment strengthens governance and energy-sector expertise as the Company advances its natural clean hydrogen strategy and proposed transition to GeoHydrogen Corp.

Toronto, Ontario--(Newsfile Corp. - August 24, 2026) - DiagnaMed Holdings Corp. (CSE: DMED) (OTCQB: DGNMF) ("DiagnaMed" or the "Company") is pleased to provide a corporate update as it continues to advance its strategic focus on natural clean hydrogen exploration and development.

Appointment of Charles Turmel to the Board of Directors
DiagnaMed is pleased to announce the appointment of Charles Turmel to its Board of Directors.

Mr. Turmel is a business lawyer at Delegatus Legal Services Inc., where his practice focuses on energy law, natural resources and decarbonization, with particular emphasis on the legal, contractual and regulatory issues affecting these sectors. His work includes mandates involving the implementation of energy projects and the development of contractual and regulatory frameworks in the context of the energy transition.

Before joining Delegatus, Mr. Turmel worked at National Bank, where he gained experience in commercial financing, business law and corporate governance. His experience included participation in the structuring of corporate financings and asset-transfer transactions, as well as the preparation of share purchase agreements and due diligence involving corporate documentation.

The Company believes Mr. Turmel's combination of energy-sector legal experience, corporate finance knowledge and governance expertise will be particularly valuable as DiagnaMed advances its natural hydrogen portfolio.

Management Commentary
"Charles joins our Board at an important stage in DiagnaMed's evolution," said John Karagiannidis, Chief Executive Officer. "As we advance our natural hydrogen assets in Ontario and Nova Scotia and work toward our proposed transition to GeoHydrogen Corp., strengthening the Board with experience spanning energy, natural resources, regulatory frameworks, corporate finance and governance is highly complementary to our strategy. We welcome Charles and look forward to his contribution as we execute on the next phase of the Company's growth."

Board Transition
The Company also announces that Fabio Chianelli has resigned as a director of DiagnaMed. The Board of Directors and management thank Mr. Chianelli for his contributions and dedicated service to the Company and wish him the very best in his future endeavours.

Advancing a Focused Natural Hydrogen Strategy
DiagnaMed's corporate strategy is now focused on natural clean hydrogen exploration and development. The Company has announced its intention, subject to regulatory acceptance and applicable corporate approvals, to change its corporate name to GeoHydrogen Corp. The proposed name is intended to align the Company's identity more directly with its strategic focus and long-term mission.

The Company is advancing a portfolio of prospective natural hydrogen projects in Ontario and Nova Scotia. Its Temiskaming Natural Hydrogen Project in Ontario includes an approximately 11-kilometre corridor of anomalous soil-gas hydrogen readings, including concentrations exceeding 2,000 ppm. In Nova Scotia, the Company's Colchester East Natural Hydrogen Project comprises 30 exploration licences totalling 2,104 mineral claims within the prospective Cumberland Basin.

DiagnaMed continues to work with Québec Innovative Materials Corp. (CSE: QIMC) (OTCQB: QIMCF) (FSE: 7FJ) ("QIMC") under its strategic technical advisory partnership. QIMC provides exploration planning, field-program supervision, soil-gas sampling, geoscientific interpretation, structural analysis and integration of geological and geochemical datasets to support priority exploration and drill-target generation.

The Road Ahead
With its portfolio established and its corporate strategy increasingly aligned around natural clean hydrogen, DiagnaMed is focused on disciplined execution. The Company intends to continue advancing exploration across its Ontario and Nova Scotia projects while completing the corporate and regulatory steps associated with its proposed name change to GeoHydrogen Corp., subject to applicable approvals.
