Rites of Passage has been guiding men through wilderness programs since 1977. The June 2026 program draws on that experience to offer a framework for men seeking clarity or a more intentional transition into the next stage of life. According to the organization, the journey unfolds across three named phases — Severance, Threshold, and Incorporation — each serving a distinct function in the overall process.
The first phase, Severance, spans the opening three days and prepares participants for time alone in the wilderness.
