New Visual Identity Reflects a Legacy of Excellence and a Future Built on Performance
PROVEN. PRECISE. PREPARED.
Ahtna, Inc. today announced the launch of a comprehensive enterprise rebranding initiative that introduces a modern, unified visual identity across its family of operating companies while honoring more than five decades of Alaska Native heritage, stewardship, and business success.
The new brand architecture reflects Ahtna's continued evolution into one of the nation's leading providers of construction, engineering, defense, technology, environmental, infrastructure, transportation, and professional services. At the heart of the new identity is the redesigned AHTNA Logo, supported by a cohesive family of subsidiary brands that share consistent typography, colors, and design standards while preserving the unique strengths and market recognition of each operating company.
The rebranding is anchored by Ahtna's new enterprise tagline that applies to its business operations subsidiaries:
PROVEN. PRECISE. PREPARED.
The tagline embodies the principles that have defined Ahtna's reputation for more than 50 years: delivering proven results, executing with precision, and remaining prepared to solve the complex challenges facing customers across the public and private sectors.
"This is much more than a new logo," said Paul Fioravanti, Chief Executive Officer of Ahtna, Inc. "Our new brand reflects the caliber of the organization we have become. It honors our heritage while presenting a bold, contemporary identity that better represents the capabilities, professionalism, and technical excellence our customers experience every day."
"Our new tagline—Proven. Precise. Prepared.—is more than a marketing statement. It is a promise. It represents the standards our employees hold themselves to, the confidence our customers place in us, and the discipline with which we approach every project, every mission, and every opportunity."
The refreshed brand identity extends across Ahtna's more than 30 operational companies, including organizations such as:
- AHTNA Diversified Holdings
- AHTNA Construction & Primary Products
- AHTNA Intelligence Services
- AHTNA Support & Training Services
- AHTNA Invictus
- and additional operating companies that will transition to the new identity during the coming months.
The new visual identity incorporates a modernized interpretation of the Ahtna mountain and river symbol, representing the enduring strength of the Ahtna homeland and the pathways that connect people, opportunity, and purpose. The accompanying color palette combines Mystic Navy, symbolizing strength, integrity, and stability, with Ahtna Cyan, representing Alaska's skies and rivers, innovation, and forward momentum.
While Ahtna's appearance is evolving, the company's mission remains unchanged.
"Our responsibility has always been to create lasting value for our shareholders while providing exceptional service to our customers," Fioravanti said. "This rebranding reflects an organization that is investing in its future while remaining grounded in the values that have guided Ahtna since 1972. We are proud of where we have come from, and we are excited about where we are going."
The rebranding initiative includes a phased rollout across the enterprise, including:
- Corporate and subsidiary websites
- Business development and proposal materials
- Business cards and stationery
- Digital communications and social media
- Vehicle graphics and fleet branding
- Facility signage
- Trade show exhibits
- Employee apparel and safety gear
- Presentation templates
- Marketing collateral
- Recruiting materials
- Customer-facing communications
Customers will begin seeing the new identity across Ahtna's businesses throughout the remainder of 2026. The transition does not affect existing legal entities, contracts, ownership, or customer relationships.
"Our customers will continue working with the same exceptional people delivering the same outstanding performance," Fioravanti added. "The difference is that our visual identity now better reflects the quality, professionalism, and scale of the enterprise we have become."
The rebranding supports Ahtna's long-term strategy of strengthening its market presence, enhancing customer recognition, and presenting a consistent, professional identity across the industries and markets it serves nationwide.
"As Ahtna continues to grow, innovate, and expand, we wanted a brand that communicates who we are today and where we are headed tomorrow," Fioravanti said. "Proven. Precise. Prepared. isn't simply our new tagline—it is our commitment to every customer, every partner, every employee, and every shareholder."
Fioravanti added, “The land and shareholder portions of Ahtna will maintain its legacy branding with the traditional mountains, skyline tree line and cache.”
