The acquisition deepens ITC Federal's reach across homeland security, defense, and civilian mission customers, backed by new digital and data capabilities
ITC Federal today announced the acquisition of Capgemini Government Solutions (CGS), forming ITC Digital Solutions. The acquisition deepens ITC's footprint across national security missions while adding significant digital transformation capabilities, including Salesforce and ServiceNow platform expertise, cloud modernization, and enterprise data analytics and engineering capabilities to its portfolio.
Many of CGS's Federal customers, including Components across the Department of Homeland Security, are agencies ITC Federal already serves, allowing the combined organization to expand its DHS and Department of Justice footprint with new digital and data capabilities for long-standing mission partners while extending its reach to new customers across the Department of Defense and civilian federal agencies.
ITC Digital Solutions combines CGS's platform and data modernization capabilities with ITC's long-standing national security delivery record. The combined organization will serve federal customers seeking both mission-critical support and modern cloud, data, and enterprise platform expertise.
The acquisition significantly expands ITC Federal's addressable market within digital and data modernization, an area of sustained federal investment as agencies work to consolidate legacy systems, adopt cloud-native architectures, and unlock enterprise data for mission use. CGS brings a proven track record of Salesforce and ServiceNow platform implementations, cloud modernization, and Databricks-based data engineering programs across multiple federal agencies, along with a team of specialized architects, developers, and data scientists who will join ITC Digital Solutions.
"This acquisition is about mission first. Bringing Capgemini Government Solutions into ITC strengthens our ability to deliver to our national security customers while giving us new depth in digital services, data analytics and enterprise platforms our federal partners rely on every day. ITC Digital Solutions lets us bring the full weight of both organizations to the missions that matter most," said Greg Fitzgerald, CEO of ITC Federal.
