UDT team members getting ready to take some of their 2026 Back-to-School Drive school supplies to local students.

UDT’s 2026 Back-to-School Drive was powered by UDTBOLD, the company’s corporate philanthropy and internal culture initiative that reflects its deep commitment to supporting the communities it serves.

“Our annual drive serves as a reminder to our team and partners that education is at the heart of UDT’s work,” said Mabelle Gonzalez, UDT Director of People Operations. “Our mission is to provide students with the equipment needed to succeed in the classroom and beyond, from basic school supplies to comprehensive end-to-end IT solutions.”

For the 2026 Back-to-School Drive, UDT partnered with multiple organizations committed to supporting students’ educational success, including Broward Education Foundation in Miramar, PENCIL in Nashville and the Foundation for Orange County Public Schools in Orlando. Supplies were delivered through these organizations, giving students backpacks, pencils, crayons, markers and other essentials needed to start the year prepared.

“At the start of a new school year, our partnership with UDT helps us ensure students have the tools they need to thrive,” said James Knapp, President & CEO of Broward Education Foundation. “UDT understands that supporting students goes beyond providing school supplies. It is an investment in their future and the future of our community. Because of companies like UDT that are deeply committed to the communities they serve, we are able to make a meaningful difference for Broward County students.”

In Nashville, the drive also reflects UDT’s growing presence in Tennessee and its commitment to investing in the communities where it operates.

“We’re incredibly grateful for UDT’s support of students in Nashville,” said Christiane Buggs, PENCIL President & CEO. “As UDT continues to grow its presence across Tennessee, they have demonstrated a strong commitment to the communities they serve. Their investment in Nashville students and schools reflects the kind of meaningful partnership that creates a lasting impact.”

In Orlando, the drive continued a relationship UDT has built with the Foundation for Orange County Public Schools over time.

“UDT has been a longtime partner, and we’re incredibly thankful for the way they continue to show up for our students,” said Kathleen Wright, Administrator for Partners in Education, Foundation for OCPS. “These supplies help students start the year with confidence but just as important is knowing there are people and organizations in their community who are invested in their success.”

With over 30 years of experience, UDT has established itself as a leading technology solutions partner in the K-12, college, and university space. Currently, the company serves 10 of the 20 largest school districts in the country and more than 200 K-12 customers nationwide.
