Altria Increases Quarterly Dividend to $1.11 Per Share

Altria Group, Inc. (Altria) (NYSE: MO) today announced that our Board of Directors voted to increase our regular quarterly dividend by 4.7% to $1.11 per share versus the previous rate of $1.06 per share. The quarterly dividend is payable on October 9, 2026 to shareholders of record as of September 15, 2026.

The new annualized dividend rate is $4.44 per share, representing a dividend yield of 6.4% based on our closing stock price of $69.12 on August 26, 2026.

Today’s dividend increase is consistent with our progressive dividend goal that targets mid-single digits dividend per share growth annually through 2028. This increase marks the 61^st dividend increase in the past 57 years.
