Link Logistics’ Link Parks Division Announces Small Business Challenge Winner and Runners-Up

Link Logistics (“Link” or the “Company”), a leading operator of last-mile logistics real estate, today announced that Contoro Robotics has been awarded the $50,000 grand prize in the inaugural Link Parks Small Business Challenge. Contoro Robotics develops AI-powered solutions to handle one of the toughest jobs in logistics: unloading trailers and containers. The four runners-up—Compvide, Equestrian Labs Inc. (doing business as Corro), Forever Beaumore Cosmetics and Virtus Performance Club—received $10,000 each.

“Congratulations to our winner, Contoro Robotics, and thank you to our runners-up for participating in our very first Link Parks Small Business Challenge,” said Joseph W. Finnigan, senior managing director, Link Parks. “The Link Parks team is proud to champion small businesses like these as they enhance their operations, spearhead growth and lean into creativity to drive remarkable results.”

On August 13, the five finalists presented business pitches to a panel of executives from Link Logistics and Link Parks. The judging panel included Melissa I. Sachs, chief communications officer, Link Logistics; Joseph W. Finnigan, senior managing director, Link Parks; Ngoc Rossi, senior vice president, Leasing and Operations, Link Parks; Stephen Koen, vice president, Property Operations, Link Parks; and J. Suarez, senior director, Marketing, Link Parks.

“Our finalists are exceptionally talented and visionary entrepreneurs who are dedicated to turning their dreams into reality,” said Sachs. “We are grateful they shared their inspiring journeys with us, and we look forward to celebrating their continued success.”

Eligible Link Parks customers were invited to share how they would use the $50,000 grand prize to enhance their operations. Nearly 150 customers submitted entries, representing a wide range of industries including beauty, e-commerce, food and beverage, technology, wellness and more.

Link Parks is the business park division of Link Logistics, serving 3,200 customers across the U.S. The Link Parks portfolio includes more than 480 buildings and 16 million square feet, offering high-quality space in key metro areas to support growing businesses.
