Vice President of Sales and Corporate Development Joins Menlo Business Brokerage

Menlo Business Brokerage is pleased to announce that Tory Adair has joined the company as Vice President of Sales and Corporate Development. In this role, Adair will advise business owners throughout the country as they navigate business sales and ownership transitions. He will also support the growth and development of Menlo’s advisory team through coaching, mentorship, and recruitment.

Adair brings more than 20 years of experience in Corporate America, having held various roles at companies including American Airlines, Franklin Covey, Wachovia, and Microsoft. For the past 15 years, he has worked as a self-employed business owner, gaining firsthand experience in franchising, real estate, and business brokerage.

In addition, Adair holds a bachelor’s degree in business from Southern Utah University, a master’s degree in business from Utah State University, and a Doctorate in Organizational Leadership and Strategy from Pepperdine University (ABD).
