ITL Awarded $42.9M Contract for DLA Columbus Facility Renovation

International Towers, LLC (ITL), a subsidiary of S&K Technologies, Inc., has been awarded a $42.9 million contract to renovate a Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) warehouse facility in Columbus, Ohio.

Under this firm fixed price contract, ITL will execute a full-scale renovation and modernization of a critical DLA warehouse facility located in Columbus, Ohio.

The project will be administered by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) and represents the fourth award to ITL under the DLA’s nationwide infrastructure modernization initiative; a program expected to total over $2 billion in federal upgrades.

The project will be executed by the Building Division of ITL, under the leadership of Senior Vice President Steve Martin. The same division recently completed a similar DLA project at the Richmond, Virginia facility and received high CPARS performance ratings from both DLA and USACE.

“This award strengthens our growing relationship with the USACE & DLA and reflects the confidence federal agencies continue to place in our team,” said Nick Vespa, President of International Towers. “Steve Martin and the Building Division at ITL have established a strong reputation for delivering high-quality federal construction projects. We are proud of the work they are doing and look forward to continuing our support of DLA’s critical mission.”
