Brainiac Foods and its parent company, Ingenuity Brands, today announced that the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) has issued a patent covering food products nutritionally enhanced with omega-3s and choline. The patent applies to shelf-stable food and beverage products through February 2040.
