Hayward Strengthens North American Team to Drive Innovation and Growth

Industry Veterans Appointed to Propel Product Strategy and Sales Leadership

Hayward Holdings, Inc. (NYSE: HAYW) (“Hayward” or the “Company”), a global designer, manufacturer, and marketer of a broad portfolio of pool equipment and outdoor living technology, today announced two key leadership appointments poised to enhance the Company’s commitment to innovation and customer excellence across North America. Effective Sept. 3, Jason DeBruin will transition from his role as Vice President of Sales to Vice President of Product Strategy for North America. Concurrently, Ryan Morson will rejoin Hayward as Vice President of Sales.

These leadership changes reflect Hayward’s ongoing mission to deliver exceptional products, outstanding service and innovative technology that transforms the experience of water.

Jason DeBruin has been a key member of the Hayward team since joining the company in 2010. His journey from District Sales Manager to Vice President of Product Strategy for North America is a testament to his exceptional leadership, deep industry knowledge and customer-centric approach. DeBruin’s time at Hayward has been defined by his success driving sales growth and building strong, results-oriented teams. His strategic insights and hands-on experience in product applications, combined with his ability to align teams around common goals, ideally positions DeBruin to lead the Product Strategy and Product Management teams. In his new role, DeBruin will focus on advancing Hayward’s product offerings, seeing they meet the evolving needs of our customers with reliability, innovation and industry-leading technology.

Prior to joining Hayward, DeBruin held key roles at Zodiac Pool Systems and holds a bachelor’s degree from Hofstra University, where he was a distinguished NCAA Division I athlete.

Ryan Morson re-enters Hayward with a wealth of experience in strategic sales leadership and execution. With a robust background that includes progressive roles within the Hayward sales and marketing organization, Morson is recognized for his ability to establish customer relationships, maximize product adoption and drive profitable revenue growth. His previous tenure at Hayward included numerous successes in acquiring both new business and deepening existing customer relationships.

Morson’s previous role as Vice President of Sales and Business Development at Cornerstone Building Brands further honed his skills in managing large-scale operations, launching innovative initiatives and penetrating new markets. He holds an MBA from Queens University, complementing his strategic vision and business acumen.
