Equinox Gold Completes Consolidation of Ownership of the Greenstone Mine

Vancouver, British Columbia--(Newsfile Corp. - May 13, 2024) - Equinox Gold Corp. (TSX: EQX) (NYSE American: EQX) is pleased to announce the Company has completed its previously announced acquisition of the remaining 40% of Greenstone Gold Mine GP Inc. from certain funds managed by Orion Mine Finance Management LP ("Orion"), giving Equinox Gold 100% ownership of the Greenstone Mine in Ontario, Canada (the "Transaction"). In connection with the Transaction, Equinox Gold has also completed the previously announced US$500 million three-year term loan.
